We pride ourselves on high customer satisfaction. If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, or simply change your mind, you may request a refund from us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your item. We cannot, however, process exchanges or returns on items that have been customized, engraved, worn, used, altered or damaged.

When we receive such a request from you, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us. We reserve the right to inspect the product prior to approving your refund request. Please note that processing your return request could take several days, so we ask that you please be patient.
If 14 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. Any item sold at a sale price or discounted price or through promotional coupon or negotiation is a Final Sale and can not be returned for a refund.

Refunds (If applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected by our gemologists, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email: email@example.com we will reply back with a Return Authorization Code and a shipping address. No packages are excepted at our Showroom or Factory without an Authorization code.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and Insurance for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Product Availability and Pricing
If you're interested in a certain item and it is out of stock, call me and I can tell you when the item will be available. In rare instances, with the large number of orders I receive, a product may go out of stock before I am able to update the quantity on this website. If this happens, I will contact you directly to discuss possible options.
Data, including prices, can maybe be inaccurately displayed on my website due to system or typographical errors. While I put a lot of effort to avoid these errors, it is possible to occur. My company has the right to cancel orders that are not accurate. If such cases happen, we will contact you for instructions before shipping the item or canceling the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice.
