Return Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and in its original package that you received it.

We do not accept returns on any special orders like: Custom Sizes, Engravings, Custom Orders, Set items, and special altered merchandise.)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
An item that is not in its original condition damaged or has missing parts, including missing paperwork for reasons that are not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.

To complete your return, please give me a call 1-212-921-4647 and I will provide instructions on returning.

Refunds (If applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected by our gemologists, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at nektamike@gmail.com and send your item to: 74 West 47th Street New York New York US 10036.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and Insurance for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, use a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Product Availability and Pricing
If you're interested in a certain item and its out of stock, call me and I can tell you when the item will be available. In rare instances, with the large amount of orders I receive, a product may go out of stock before I am able to update the quantity on this website. If this happens, I will contact you directly to discuss possible options.

Data, including prices, can maybe be inaccurately displayed on my website due to system or typographical errors. While I put a lot of effort to avoid these errors, it is possible to occur. My company has the right to cancel orders that are not accurate. If such cases happen, we will contact you for instructions before shipping the item or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice.
